Young Entrepreneurs Help Elderly Residents
A team of young green-fingered entrepreneurs from Chiswick have launched a brilliant new initiative to support local elderly residents and provide funds for Hounslow Food Box.
Azaria, Hope, Isla, Ciara and Elle have been growing 250 tomato plants! They are selling some on the basis that for every plant sold, one will be donated to an elderly resident. For those who would like to support the project but don’t have the time or space for a plant, the girls will grow the tomatoes and deliver the crop to your house!
Supported by local neighbour and broadcaster Nicki Chapman, the girls are preparing for a busy weekend selling their plants.
