Overview: Dance and Yoga. We aim to make life a rewarding experience for older people in Chiswick and Brentford. From our welcome café, to regular activities, special events and trips. All welcome – fun and friendship. New members contact the office to be shown round.
Line Dancing – Start 3rd February each Monday 10.30-11.30 £5 per session – all abilities welcome
Yoga Classes – Start 20th February each Thursday 10.15-11.00 £7 per session or £36 for all 6.
Keep Fit – Ongoing Mondays 12.00-13.00 £3 per session for members – all fitness levels accommodated.
