Chiswick Cricket Club

Chiswick cricket club

Riverside Drive
Chiswick
London W4 2SP

Overview: Founded in 1853 we have been at the heart of the local community for over a century and a half. We are a friendly and welcoming club playing league and social cricket at adult and junior levels, with a clubhouse bar open all year round.

This is an exciting time to be part of Chiswick Cricket Club.

We have completed a major redevelopment of our facilities to make us the best place to play cricket in west London, at whatever level you are playing the game.

The club runs four adult sides on Saturdays and two friendly sides on Sundays throughout the season.

Our 1st and 2nd XIs play in the Middlesex Championship, and the 3rd and 4th XIs in the Middlesex County Cricket League. We run a team in the Middlesex Development League (MDL) as a bridge for junior players moving into senior cricket. Our Sunday cricket is friendly and has a wide range of participants, including those who have been away from the game for a while. Our away side plays at some very beautiful grounds around the home counties.

Selection is on merit and decided by a committee that meets on Tuesday evenings during the season. We are able to accommodate players of all ages, abilities and experience within our setup.

During the winter we run an indoor net programme, with a slot at the Lords Indoor School throughout February and March. For more information or to book a slot please contact Greg Swaby on gregswaby@hotmail.co.uk.

Membership – The annual subscription for senior players for 2020 is £180 (£150 if paid before 31 May) and the match fee is £10, payable after the game.
