Hogarth Singers’ Autumn concert

Hogarth Singers will be presenting their Autumn concert on Saturday 16 November, 7.30pm at their usual concert venue, St Michael and All Angels, Bath Road, London W4. Directed by Rupert Gill, the theme of programme for the evening will be Saint Cecilia, the early saint so often associated with music, and will include Marc-Antoine Charpentier’s Te Deum, Henry Purcell’s Ode on St Cecelia’s Day, and Benjamin Britten’s Hymn to St Cecilia. The choir will be accompanied by a chamber orchestra, and talented soloists Felicity Davies, Ceferina Penny, Hugh Cutting, Laurence Kilsby and Julian Chou-Lambert.
