Healthy Vegan Chocolate Cookies

Makes 8 cookies 

200g oats 

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (or can use cocoa/cacao powder) 

50g dried fruit 

50g chocolate, broken into pieces 

2 tablespoons maple/fruit syrup 

Milk alternative (oat, soya, almond, cashew, hazelnut, coconut) 

 

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC / gas mark 4 
  1. Mix together all of the ingredients except the milk in a large bowl 
  1. Add in enough milk to make the mixture stick together without it becoming too watery 
  1. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the cookies are crispy on the top but slightly soft in the middle!
