Healthy Vegan Chocolate CookiesÂ

Makes 8 cookiesÂ
200g oatsÂ
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (or can use cocoa/cacao powder)Â
50g dried fruitÂ
50g chocolate, broken into piecesÂ
2 tablespoons maple/fruit syrupÂ
Milk alternative (oat, soya, almond, cashew, hazelnut, coconut)Â

- Preheat the oven to 180 oC / gas mark 4Â
- Mix together all of the ingredients except the milk in a large bowlÂ
- Add in enough milk to make the mixture stick together without it becoming too wateryÂ
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the cookies are crispy on the top but slightly soft in the middle!Â
