Healthy Vegan Chocolate Cookies

Makes 8 cookies
200g oats
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (or can use cocoa/cacao powder)
50g dried fruit
50g chocolate, broken into pieces
2 tablespoons maple/fruit syrup
Milk alternative (oat, soya, almond, cashew, hazelnut, coconut)
- Preheat the oven to 180 oC / gas mark 4
- Mix together all of the ingredients except the milk in a large bowl
- Add in enough milk to make the mixture stick together without it becoming too watery
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the cookies are crispy on the top but slightly soft in the middle!
