Banded Dumbbell Glute Bridges 3 x 15

Banded Glute Bridges x15

Box Steps 3 x 5 each leg

 

Split Squats 3 x 10 each leg

 

Superset:
Banded Dumbbell Goblet Squats 3 x 15
Banded Side Steps 3 x 20
