This is a workout that requires dumbbells and resistance bands. It’s a fairly lightweight workout but focuses more on higher reps so you really do feel the ‘burn’!

Superset 1:

Resistance band bicep curls 4 x 20

Resistance band lateral raises 4 x 20

 

Resistance band pulls 2 x 20

 

Dumbbell bicep curls into front raises 4 x 15 (1 curl, 1 raise = 1 rep)

 

Superset 2:

Dumbbell overhead press 3 x 12

Dumbbell tricep extensions 3 x 15
