Overnight Proats (protein oats)

Super easy and healthy breakfast!

Makes 1 bowl
60g oats
1 scoop protein powder (I used chocolate but any will do!)
1/2 banana, mashed
Milk
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and store in the fridge for at least 3 hours but ideally overnight
Remove from fridge and add desired toppings
I topped with the other half of the banana, desiccated coconut, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, half a raw fruit bar and some chocolate syrup!
