Philip Hammond, Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, made a surprise trip to Chiswick this week. Visiting the Sipsmith Distillery just off Chiswick High Road, Philip used Sipsmiths abundant growth as an example of the importance of small businesses for England’s economic development.
