Protein Smoothie Bowl​

Perfect for the warm weather to get a healthy meal. I wanted something chocolatey, so I used chocolate protein powder, but you could use any flavour of protein powder to switch it up!

Preparation time: 2 minutes
Ingredients

100g frozen cauliflower

1/2 banana
-
1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 tablespoon maple syrup
MethodÂ
- Blend the frozen cauliflower in a blender
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until fully combined
- Scoop out into a bowl and add desired toppings
I topped with the other half of the banana, some strawberries, chia seeds, nutritional yeast and chocolate syrup
