Protein Smoothie Bowl​

Perfect for the warm weather to get a healthy meal. I wanted something chocolatey, so I used chocolate protein powder, but you could use any flavour of protein powder to switch it up!

Makes 1

Preparation time: 2 minutes


  • 100g frozen cauliflower

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup


  1. Blend the frozen cauliflower in a blender
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until fully combined
  3. Scoop out into a bowl and add desired toppings

I topped with the other half of the banana, some strawberries, chia seeds, nutritional yeast and chocolate syrup
