Strawberry Cashew Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, contains protein from milk, nuts and chia seeds, and is sweetened with natural sugars from dates
Makes 1
Ingredients
- 175ml milk of choice
- 5-6 cashew nuts
- 5-6 strawberries
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
If you have time, soak the cashews over night; if you don’t, just blend them a little longer
MethodÂ
- Put the milk in the blender first
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
