Sunita Solanki presents her delicious Chilli Paneer recipe – perfect for a summer evening!
Ingredients
200g paneer
1 onion
2 peppers
2 sprigs of spring onions
1 garlic bulb
1 thumb size ginger grated
2 green chillies
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp coriander powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp oil
Method
Step 1.
Dice the peppers and onions and add to a pan.
Step 2
Grate the ginger and add to the pan. Then peel the garlic and finely chop, add to the pan with chopped chillies. Add the turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala.
Step 3
Add 1 tsp of oil, and 1 tsp of dark soy sauce. Mix together.
Step 4
Cook for 10 minutes on a medium heat and when the paneer is golden in colour.
