Vegan Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls

A super healthy snack to curb your sweet tooth

Makes 8-10 balls
100g chopped dates
60g mixed nuts
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
30g oats
2 tablespoons maple/fruit syrup
Desiccated coconut

- Blend the dates and nuts in a blender/food processor
- Once combined, add the remaining ingredients apart from the desiccated coconut
- Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into small balls
- Sprinkle some coconut on top (however much you want!)
- Store in the fridge
