Vegan Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls

A super healthy snack to curb your sweet tooth

Choc Coc Protein Balls

Makes 8-10 balls

100g chopped dates

60g mixed nuts

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

30g oats

2 tablespoons maple/fruit syrup

Desiccated coconut


Choc Coc Protein Ball
  1. Blend the dates and nuts in a blender/food processor
  2. Once combined, add the remaining ingredients apart from the desiccated coconut
  3. Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into small balls
  4. Sprinkle some coconut on top (however much you want!)
  5. Store in the fridge
