Chiswick Churches fro Justice and Peace held their annual lecture at Christ Church W4 on the topic of “Justice in peace – Forgiveness . . . Seeking reconciliation after conflict and genocide”. This was the last in a series of five events linked to the centenary of world war one. The focus of the event was the Armenian Genocide which saw the mass extinction of 1.5million Armenians between 1915 and 1917. Headline speakers at the event were Dr Harry Hagopian and Fr Laurence Freeman.
