About Chiswick RNLI

 

 

Chiswick is one of four RNLI lifeboat stations on the Thames which became operational inĀ  2002, following the inquiries into the sinking of the pleasure cruiser, The Marchioness.

The lifeboat has a mix of full time and volunteer crew.Ā  There is close cooperation with the other emergency services in London.

Stretches from Battersea to Richmond. Chiswick RNLI Lifeboat operates through many historic parts of London

Chiswick RNLI links Chiswick’s lifeboat and the local community. Local supporters now raise over Ā£20,000 each year through fundraising events. The branch welcomes new members.
