OFCOM regulates the editorial content of on-demand programme services. This includes ensuring that rules governing material likely to incite hatred, material which might seriously impair the development of under 18s, product placement in programmes and sponsorship of individual programmes or services are observed. You can submit a complaint about any of these aspects of our on-demand service to OFCOM using the online complaint form at https://ofcomforms.secure.force.com/formentry/SitesFormCSLEOnDemandComplaints  Please note OFCOM are the regulators in respect of the editorial content on our video on demand services only.

Advertising within our services is regulated by the Advertising Standards Authority. You can access the ASA complaints procedure on-line at http://www.asa.org.uk/Complaints.
