It’s another leg workout! All you need is a dumbbell (and some motivational music to get you through it!)

Rest for 1-2 minutes between each set

Reverse lunges 4 x 10 each leg

Goblet squats 4 x 12

Sumo squats 4 x 12

Pull throughs 4 x 15

Wall sits 3 x 30 seconds (this is killer at the end of this workout!)
