Innovative theatre group The Voice of Us” helps adults with learning difficulties to express themselves in profound and unusual ways. Performing at the London Museum of Water and Steam, the group got inspiration from the sounds and stories at the museum and created a unique improvisation.

 

 

 

Speak Out in Hounslow is a registered charity. They aim to empower and support adults with Learning Disabilities to speak out and be heard. Speak Out run groups and activities in the community across the borough of Hounslow, in response to their members’ suggestions. 

As well as The Voice of Us theatre group, they currently run projects including a campaigns group that meets at Hounslow Civic Centre; Band at Stamford Brook Studios; Arts and Crafts group in Brentford and exercise groups at Isleworth Leisure Centre.
