The recent announcement of further restrictions to curb rising Coronovirus cases has sparked fears of a second lockdown in London.

While this would impact all society in some way or another, concerns are heightened about the effect that this, and all the social and academic disruptions of this year, will have on the long-term mental health of children.

Local teacher Sasha Davison Mullen runs Mindful Mentors, which incorporates mindfulness alongside a primary school education.
