Ruth Cadbury MP is encouraging Chiswick residents to engage with the latest Heathrow consultation on airspace and future operations. The consultation includes details of new flight paths over north Chiswick, Brentford and Ealing. The latest consultation also covers Heathrow’s request for 25,000 additional flights per year. If given the go-ahead, this would result in reduced benefit from the current alternation patterns and increased disruption in the very near future.
A local resident of many year, Ruth speaks with passion about the detrimental effect that the third runway and additional flights will have on Chiswick and other areas of the borough.
You can complete the consultation online HERE. The consultation has eleven questions across six topics and has an estimated completion time in the region of 45 minutes. The Heathrow Airspace and Future Operations Consultation is running for eight weeks from 8 January until 11.55pm on 4 March 2019.
