Momentous Legal Decision Impacts Chiswick

Chiswick residents joined campaigners from the ‘Heathrow Association for the Control of Aircraft Noise’ (HACAN), Friends of the Earth and other environmental campaigners outside the High Court on Thursday. The campaigners, together with Mayor of London Sadiq Khan were delighted to hear the Court of Appeal rule that the Paris Climate agreement had not been taken into account in Heathrow’s application to create a third runway.
