Poet and broadcaster Roger McGough presented prizes at the 8th Young People’s Poetry Competition which is organised by ChiswickW4.com as part of the Chiswick Book Festival. It was held at the London Buddhist Vihara in The Avenue, by kind permission of the Head Monk. Roger took time out to talk with Buffy Pond about the importance of poetry for young people, the influence of new technology and the inspiration of a lifetime as a poet.
