Local Chiswick Dad Simon Oldham is raising money for the Scope Charity by competing in the gruelling Hawaiian Ironman Contest on 10th October.
Simon tells us about this daunting challenge including a 3,800 metre swim, a 180 km bike ride and a full 26 mile marathon at the end and why he has chosen to support Scope with this physical and mental challenge.
