Overview: Categorised as a boxing gym, focus on boot camps, gym fitness including kids/family and boxing. Boot camp classes every Saturday, aim to make it ‘fun by training with others’, £10 per class or discounted by buying in a series. Focus on developing power and strength. All levels of fitness are accommodated.

Boxing club – 11 classes per week, 20 people max per class and 4 workout stations. 5 week set.

Typical Session:

15 min warm up, stretching, jogging, breathing exercises.

15 min cardio mega blast, a specific cardio session designed to have maximum output of short intense blasts with short recoveries.

Circuits: 1 min circuit ab attack to tighten all those wobbly bits.

Strength time: a technical session learning the right way to lift weights (but still very fun).

Boxing pad work: if you ever wanted to try now is your time 15 minute of pad work.

Monday- Friday: 6.00am to 10.00pm. Saturday: 7.00am to 5.00pm. Sunday: Private bookings
