An amazing upper body workout that uses a set of resistance bands with handles and a set of dumbbells
Rest for 1-2 minutes between each set
Front to side raises 3 x 12 each arm (1 front raise, 1 side raise = 1 rep)
Rear delt flyes 4 x 10 each arm
Bent over rows 4 x 12 each arm
Side crunches 2 x 20 each side
