Ingredients

1 small bowl of mixed berries
1 banana 
1 small bowl of raw spinach leaves
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp oats
1/2 cup of nut or oat milk

 

Method

Step 1.

Place all ingredients into the blender (the banana in pieces).

Step 2

Blend until a thick, smooth liquid is formed. The drink is ready to serve!
