8 oz almond milk

1 frozen banana

1 scoop ground flaxseed

1 scoop cacao nibs

1 scoop cacao

1 scoop raw protein powder

1 scoop coconut flakes

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 drop cinnamon bark essential oil*

2 drops wild orange essential oil*

(I only use therapeutic grade essential oils)



Step 1.

Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender

Step 2

Blend well and serve
