Your back muscles will be toasted after this workout, trust me! All you need is a pair of dumbbells or heavy objects and a resistance band.
I used dumbbells and resistance bands during the workout but if you don’t have dumbbells, you can just use heavy objects and if you don’t have resistance bands, you can just do the movement without any bands but really focus on squeezing your back muscles, as though you are trying to push your shoulder blades together.
Rest for 1 minute between every set (or after the two exercises in a superset)Â

DB Rows with 2 dumbbells 4 x 12Â
DB Rows with 1 dumbbell 4 x 12Â

DB Rear Delt Flyes 4 x 12Â

DB Shrugs 3 x 5 slow, 5 fastÂ
